- 30.12.99: Recordings during the Christmastime went very well indeed and drums, guitar and bass were recorded for four new tracks. Vocals, keyboards and other noises will be recorded in the coming months. Contrast received much appreciated production help, especially for the guitars, from the Sugarrush's Andy J. Prinkkilä.
- 13.12.99: A tradition is beginning to be built as Contrast head down to their underground lair yet again this Christmas to record four new songs. Among these songs are at least Default and Not Knowing (Is the Worst).
